Remember when...

Remember when...MTV played videos and we got bits of life wisdom from the likes of Jason Bateman and Soleil Moon Frye?  I decided to add a bit of 80s oriented pop culture content to the ol' blog.

First off, I bring you what I consider a really underrated 80s tune. In this video, we follow the trials and tribulations of a Renaissance man and his vertically challenged friend while they attempt to find refuge from a world that is apparently not very concerned about the dangers that can accompany dancing.





Honestly, I'm not sure what this next video is about but I like it. My kid likes the intro because it sounds like something you here in a Donkey Kong game (he doesn't care for the rest though). Every time I hear it, I think of poor, poor Danielson storming off the soccer field in "The Karate Kid".




I'm probably the world's biggest Jason Bateman fan.  It's just the way it is.  When the guy talks, it's like it's raining gold.  So listen up...
